Chase Cripps

Coach Chase Cripps brings a championship mindset, high-level collegiate experience, and a passion for player development to the Just Dawgs baseball program. A versatile infielder, Chase built a decorated career at the collegiate level, earning multiple All-GAC honors while demonstrating consistent offensive production, defensive reliability, and leadership on the field.

Throughout his college career, Chase was recognized for both performance and defensive excellence. He earned All-GAC Honorable Mention twice, while helping his teams compete at a high level each season. Known for his contact hitting, run production, speed, and situational awareness, he was a consistent presence in the lineup, starting nearly every game throughout his collegiate career.

Chase’s work ethic and competitive spirit extended beyond the diamond, making him a respected teammate and mentor. His collegiate playing experience at Lassen Community College and the University of Arkansas-Monticello allows him to connect with athletes and guide them through the challenges of competitive baseball, both on and off the field.

As a coach, Chase is passionate about developing confident, fundamentally sound players. He emphasizes defensive fundamentals, offensive approach, situational awareness, and a team-first mentality. His playing experience across multiple collegiate programs allows him to mentor athletes through the demands of competitive baseball and cultivate a winning mindset.
